I hope someone can help with an ignition problem I have with a 'Diamond Landscape' hole in the wall gas fire.
The fire is no longer under guarantee, and the service engineer sent from the local shop I bought it from was unable to help as the problem is electronic rather than gas related. I tried contacted Diamond Fires direct but they would appear to maybe have gone out of business.
The fire is operated via a remote control, but no longer responds to the control. When trying to turn the fire on there is no spark or any sound of action at all from the fire. Batteries in the control and the receiving unit have been checked and are okay.
I presume that the fire maybe needs a replacement part, but I have no idea where to go for advice with regard to obtaining this or having it fitted. Please can anyone offer a suggestion?
