We are currently patching up some fascias in order to stop pigeons getting into a loft space. The customer has asked us to find a company who can remove the existing fibre glass insulation in the loft. Can anyone recommend a company in the north west (we're in southport) or is there some department in the local council that might deal with this?

why not replace it instead of patching it.
as for the insulation any odd job bodger can remove it
