Boiler is Worcester and photo supplied.
I’m trying to remove just the outside shell so I can see where the water is dripping from.
I’ve undone the 2 screws at the top but not sure which I need to undo at the bottom.
British Gas can come for 3 weeks.
I’m only looking to see where it’s coming from etc.

Why use BG - are you paying for a one off visit or are you on contract?

Find a local registered installer and if any good use him all the time - it can pay dividends at busy times.

This forum does not allow to help DIYers to access boiler internals

That casing forms the safety room seal and should only be removed by someone who is Gas Safe Registered

It’s 4 screws that hold the outer carcass. Now removed and can see the issue.
Now will look local person.
