Hi ive recently drained down the system and want to be sure there is no air trapped within combi/rads

Ive filled it back up and bled all rads and conmbi to 1bar

is this basically how its done, would all air in system eventually rise to rads and not sit in pipework/combi

yes, should..some combi's need pump bleeding, but if all sounds ok and works then your done. some inhibitor is good if your not going to drain down again soon

Heat exchanger might have a bleed or an auto air vent on the boiler which should normally be closed after commissioning may need to be opened for a while
