hi,i have an old toilet in my outbuilding.i would like to totally remove it and use the outbuilding for storage instead as i never use the toilet.could someone please tell me the best way to block off the waste once the toilet has been removed.i have just checked the fitting and the toilet wastepipe connects straight down into the floor.someone suggested pouring cement down it but i wanted to ask folks in the know first.is there a bung or something you can buy to block it up,any advice would be very much welcomed and appreciated. :)

You can buy a rubber cap for such a purpose.
Perhaps Kev can find you a picture. :D
