removing grout

how do i remove the grout color from my tiles? there like off white but you can see little specks of the grout color in them.

You need to remove the old grout with something like this

I'm sure you'll be able to get the equivalent in your country.

i should really have said is that i just put down the floor and now i got little specks of the color of the grout so what do i do to clean the tiles up? i have clean them as much as i can.
