I have searched but cannot find any information about this, so hoped someone could help please.
Some old mortar landed on top of my integrated d/w which is not yet fitted, but is operational.
As I was trying to retrieve it some fell down the side of the d/w between the inner and outer casing. When I open and close the door I can now hear a scraping sound as if some mortar has got in/under/by the door mechanism.
Is it possible/advisable to try to open the outer casing or take off the door to get this mortar out please? I haven't tried to close the door as there seems to be some resistance and I'm worried about breaking something.
I hope someone can advise me please.
PS I haven't got the instruction book, but its a Tecnik DW2677
