dishwasher door (integrated)

i've just built a new kitchen extension and fitted the units but when i fitted the fully integrated dishwasher the door won't open fully as the bottom of the door is catching on the kick board

i could move the dishwasher forward but obviously this would look naff as the door would move out past all the other cupboard doors
i could cut the kick board where the dishwasher is and set that back
or is there a better idea ??????
all ideas appreciated

There should be a cut out on the kick board to allow the door to open properly.
