I'm considering removing a seperating wall at home between the kitchen and dining room and was after a bit of advice.

The house is coming upto 3 years old, i'm fairly sure that the wall is not load bearing but I'm going to ask the builders.

Below are the floorplans of the property, the wall between the kitchen and dining room is right down the middle of the bathroom so there is no wall directly above the one I'm going to remove.

Are there any specific things I should be asking the builder other than is it a load bearing wall ?

Thanks in advance.

Might be holding up the floor joists in the bathroom. Unless they run the other way.
