removing paint from brickwork

I have had the exterior of my house painted and the 'painters' have left big spatters of paint on windows, the PVC door and the brickwork and the garden fence
I know that a bit of elbow grease and some solvent will solve the PVC and window but am not sure how to deal with the bricks and the wooden fence. Any suggestions would be much appreciated
 
Peel away paint remover no.1 will remove paint from brickwork available from leyland paints. @ £16 for 3 kilo tub
