Removing exterior paint from brickwork

Hi

Any tips on how to remove exterior wall paint from brickwork? (Other than hard labour!)

I'd like to get back to something like the original brick colour.

Not done it myself.. Well not to the extent where brickwork is returned to its original state. Seen it done with sandblasting...expensive!!! For small area's maybe this might help ?
