Hoping for some advice. I need to remove the plate heat exchanger on my combi boiler to clean it. I've switched off the power to the boiler, closed off the valves and drained it using a hose and checked the pressure is on 0. However, when I start unscrewing the screws that hold it in place I am getting water coming out. If the drain valve is open and no water is coming out where is this water coming from? Thanks in advance.
