Some delightful person has filled my car door lock with Polyfiller. Has anyone got any tips for removing it other than replacing the lock?

Thanks gregers, I was thinking along the same lines. I was going to try and do it dry and use a hoover to try and suck out the bits so that i didn't push it further into the lock. Do you think that WD40 might be a better idea to try and dissolve it?

no idea but you might also want to try some compressed air in a can?use the hair grip to break it down then blow out the spoil.
