Hi

I need to remove a radiator, what's the best way to stop water flow? Do I blank off existing pipes separately or join them together? And I assume compression fittings best use on plastic pipe?

Cheers

Depends why its being removed, temporarily or permanent

Blank them off separately and as far back as possible so as not to leave a dead leg.
