Removing striplight shaver bulb

Hi,

I cannot get this bulb out at all. it is a 248mm striplight bulb on a shaving unit.

it twists freely and slides both left and right, but does not move enough to come out.

Any help would be much appreceated!

it pushes in further one end than the other if i remember correctly then you just pull the other end towards you

Thanks, just wasn't forceful enough before.
