removing stuck boiler grain

i have 2 cast iron gas fired boilers- both have brass boiler drains but both are 21 yrs old- i broke one drain handle trying yo help w/ use of plyers - i have wd 40ed them and tomorrow i plan to use some presto-lite flame on them -does any one have advice on how to remove these balky drains
