I have laid floor tiles with under floor cable heating and found that one of the tiles is slightly loose. I want to take it up and refix or replace but I ama bit concerned about how I will remove it if most of the adhesive is set and that it might damage the heater cable.

Any ideas, asap please, divorce imminent !

Thanks

Tiled my conservatorie a couple of months ago, half way through my mate chipped one of the tiles we had laid the night before. I was in exactly the same situation I had laid my underfloor heating caples on top of some insulation board then put BALS acrybase as a leveller, that was my only saving grace the acrybase, because it sets so hard I had to sit there whith a chisel get the tile up and then spend the next 2 hours scraping the the dry adhesive of the floor.

All I can say is good luck and be careful.

Sorry I cant say anything else
