Removing transfers from tiles

Hi
Hope this is the correct section :D
I want to remove transfers from the tiles in the bathroom, I wondered if a wall paper stripper might do the job :confused:
any ideas anyone

Worth a try if you have one -the glue might respond to heat ;)

You've probably already done the job now, but I thought i'd add my experience for anyone else who reads this post.

I found (after much scraping and swearing) that if I put some paint remover (nitromors or similar) on some fine wire wool and rubbed, it came off a treat!

Remember to wear gloves, keep room ventillated and don't let the debris drop on to anything important!
 
Did it not scratch the surface of the tile doing that?
