Hi all, well we live in a paper house (new build) and the missus wants to wallpaper just on one wall (apparently it's the ting to do!!!) I don't mind as it can look good, but my only concern is when she changes her mind which will be inevitable, how can i remove the wallpaper without damaging the plaster board?

Many thanks

unusal to have a house thats only dry lined are you sure there is not a thin skim coat on them boards :?:

If its a vinyl then peel it off. The backing paper can be soaked it warm water. It will fall away a treat providing its wet enough.
Normal paper can be scored or not depending on the paper, trial a bit first, and again soak with water with a little fairy liquid or Diff added.. Diyer mistake is not to soak long enough or too little water and make real hard work of it.

Ermm, there could be a thin skim, but maybe it just the brush on stuff?

Anyways thanks again, may go for the vynal as it seems easier to remove :)

And i'll be staying well clear of the laura ashley stuff :)
