renault clio leaking oil

[pleasehelp]

my 1996 renault clio is leaking oil, i usually put 10/40 oil in put have seen a cheap oil in asds 20/50w. It says for older cars with high mileage and 4 stroke engines. Would it be ok for my bleeding car!

Not recommended as that particular oil is too heavy...best to identify the leak area - these engines are usually pretty oil tight.
