Renault misfire what is it please

hi all i have a Renault sport on an 03 plate and have a misfire on 2 plug leads on the coil pack their are 4 leads as you know but the 2 back plug leads are showing a fault and misfire on the snap on timing light is their 2 separate coils or are their only one if only one then a coil leed is probable the fault any help please appreciated bazzz ive changed the plugs

Anyway, its deffo the coil pack

Coil packs can develope intermittent faults, but once they do, renewal is the only action.
