Quick question, do you need to render if your putting plaster board up. Local builder charged 800 for full room plaster. Not sure what happened, person left incharge said the guy just put plaster board up and skimmed. But there were big holes in the render, (old house). Tad concerned maybe they don't need to render under plaster board. Dunno.
