Hi i am rendering a prefab garage (that i have put EML over) and a garden wall. I have one question that i cannot seem to answer. the rendering stop beads are 13mm at the builders merchant. If my scratch coat is about 10mm and top coat about 8mm, these will not be thick enough. Are you suppose to bring the beads out by putting cement behind them?

Also is it ok to add plasticer with waterproofer?

Thanks for your help

scratch coat it all up then bead it up after tack it on.
you can dab them on with your scratch at the same time your scratch coating.

as for thickness you can half it 6.5mmmm scratch and 6.5mm top.!!!!!!!! but cant say id want too doo it like that.........

or use 15mm pvc beads..

we use 10mm pvc beads all the time now given up trying to get a good price on SS beads
