Rendering help needed

We live in an end terrace and the wall that divides us with our neighbours had been rendered. It was all coming off so we removed it to find that the wall wasnt that level or in a great condition. Do we just point it up and re render it or do you think it would need completely rebuilding?
 
Is it a gable end wall?
