Rendering precast fence panels

Hi,

I've recently put a concrete fence up using precast panels and want to render the inside to remove the seams giving a solid wall effect. can anyone advise on the correct mix to use and if any bonding agent or plasticiser is required to make it stick?

Biggest problem will be to fix the panels in place. any movement at all and any render will split. Not impossible, but hard to get it right.

Perhaps cover in fibreglass mesh , and have an expansion joint at each post
