I have rendered most of my house in the summer and was told to use washed plastering sand the scratch coat was 4 and 1 mix the top coat was 5 and 1 and to soak the walls 1st. I used a 3 in 1 plasticiser retarder and waterproofer to help prevent it cracking blowing or going off to fast WORKED PERFECT.
I have one side left to finish do i need to do anything different and do i use the same additives because it is winter i am worried about the frost was told to keep my sand which is in a bulk bag covered with a tarpaulin and to use febonds wintermix is this correct please can you help
