Called Dulux they said light sand 180-200g to get the sheen out and paint, no need for primer.
A builder came to quote me said needs primer and asked me to get:
20 litre leyland primer, 40 litre wall paint, 20 litre ceiling paint, 20 litre satin paint. Plus bathroom and kitchen paint.
This is to decorate 2 bedroom 50 sqm flat.
I think he is up to something?!
