Repairing a dado rail

Evening all,

We're on the move and I thought I would be nice to the new occupants and repair the dado rail where I have cut out sections to hang a wall mounted unit.

I stupidly threw out the cut out section and I'm trying to match the existing dado rail. Does anyone know what this particular profile is called or where i might be able to get it:

Its about 65mm high and 15mm deep.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
