Afternoon!

We've recently had our garage converted into a room and then knocked through into our lounge. Where the builders 'sheeted up' to prevent too much dust when knocking through, they attached plastic sheeting to the walls and ceiling with a very strong metallic tape.

When it was removed it pulled all the paint away back to the plaster (there are still some visibly loose edges). Is there anyway of making this good without redoing the whole ceiling? And if so can you suggest the best way?

Thanks in advance
