Morning,
I noticed birds nested in my eaves last winter which is something I’m keen to avoid again.
They got in because my roof membrane is torn in various places, see picture.
Any ideas on how to fix?
Cheers.

Usually there is a soffit board (D in pic) fitted that would stop this. Also the roof membrane would overlap the gutter (A):

You may need a felt support tray (H) to bring the moisture from the felt back into the gutter.
But fitting soffit boards may be difficult due to the rafter ends being so close to the head of your window.

Thanks. It a 120 y/o house so doesn't have soffits.
I think 'H' might be what I need, although soffits would be a permanent fix......
