I have to repair a wood window frame that an A/C unit was installed(drilled)into. Any suggestions on how to fill the holes and split wood?

To fill the holes you could drill the hole out with , say , a 5-6mm drill bit and then apply wood glue to a small , say ,5-6mm, dowel and tap it home. Cut it off flush and rub down with a fine sandpaper.The split timber can be filled with a good two part wood filler.Hope this helps.
