You don't show the terminal nomenclatures to identify the connections of the two items you have, but looking online here's what I found.
The Flash's connections:
And the APT
Check that yours are exactly the same. If they are, then:
Flash L Input = APT 2 Live in
Flash N Input = APT 3 Neutral
Flash N Output = APT 3 Neutral
Flash L Output = APT 1 Live out
Earth connections as appropriate.
If the terminals of the items you have do not comply with the above diagrams, post back the details of what you have and someone should be able to assist further.
