Replace honeywell cm921 with salus rt300rf

Hi everyone

So iv just purchased the salus rt300rf to replace the honeywell cm921 as it doesn't function correctly. I didn't realise to check it would work with my boiler can anyone give me any advice on it? the little box it communicates with underneath my boiler says sundial systems but I presume I can change this box to the one that comes with the thermostat if so how hard is it to change that box?
