replace old air vents?

Hi all
I'm repainting my wooden soffits and UPVC guttering, the soffits have some old air vents which look a little tired so I'd like to replace with new one. But they look so old I'm not sure if I can get news or now.

Does anyone know where might sell these?

A couple of things to consider?

Why not undertake a make over of the existing? clean of and if needed re-decorate?

Or.

Start a web search for new rectangular vents, there are loads of them out there? Just getting the correct size is at times problematic?
