replacement exterior oven door glass

Hi. My outer oven door glass got smashed and I am struggling to find a replacement given the age of the oven and obscurity of the model. I need safety glass so am trying to find a company who will provide a custom service so I can replace the glass.
Is anyone able to provide me with contact info for companies which manufacture replacement glass?

Hi it's a "Cookers Appliances" model ref 05-608307 serial number 033903794 have tried scouring the internet and parts specialists but no joy!
