Are you disabled (ie in a wheelchair)??
If answer is yes then dont attempt to do it!!

No we are not disabled it was in our house when we first moved in, it looks awful and takes up two thirds of the bathroom, and the kids dont like it much either!! Is it a easy job?

IF you are ok withTiling ,Plastering and plumbing you should not find too many difficulties!
However as I have not seen what is involved I am unable to offer any use full advice
