Right at the end of the warranty period (now expired), a grohe engineer replaced one of these valves in a leaky cistern. As we had two others in the house, he kindly left two more flush valves in case those failed as well.
We're now getting both of these not closing properly so there is a continual water trickle into the toilet bowls.
There are no instructions in the box and I can't find anything on line but it just seems to be a push fit. However, when the grohe engineer replaced the valve, it must have taken several attempts over ten minutes to get it in place correctly
As a practical, 'non-plumber'. I don't want to get into the situation where I take the faulty part out and I can't get the new one in.
Can anyone give me any advice or a video link before I start.
Thank in advance
