custard has this old unit, full of debris and wants rid.

i have proposed a intergas 36/30.

custard only had 1 bathroom they use mainly and a ensuite in the attic room they use occasionally when family are visiting.

boiler in basement, attic room circa 9m above.

flow rate at nearest cold tap over 20l min, standing pressure +6bar (off scale) and working over 2 bar.

not replaced 1 of these before with a high property, my instincts tell me my proposed boiler will suit just fine.

This is not the CC.

Your flow figures are confusing.

Do you mean 20 li/min with 2.0 Bar dynamic pressure?

Or 20 li/min open pipe?

If the latter then whats the flow rate at 2.0 bar dynamic pressure?

I normally measure the dynamic flow rate at 1.0 Bar which is adequate for most showers etc.

The obvious replacement is the HiFlow 440 or 550.

I fitted one a year ago.

It is a rather different arrangement and the pipework needs considerable modification and thats takes time.

The new boiler fits into the same space, more or less, but its not a simple out and in job.
