Replacing a Letterbox

My letterbox flap is broken on my upvc door. It one of those that opens out externally and internally. It measures 11.5 inches wide. I have been looking in homebase and online at screwfix etc but they only come in 10,11 and 12 inch. Just wondering if any one had a similar 11.5 letterbox and would an 11 or 12 inch fit?

Maybe fit an 11" and an external draft excluder ?
