Hello

Is it simple to replace a normal flood light in front of the house and at the back with the one with a PIR. Can anyone tell me which is good.I want to if possible cover the maximum area possible in the garden. Thanks

It is simple, yes. You need to decide on whether you want PIR only or PIR/manual switching. Work out the rough size of your garden and go from there.

Most floodlights have a good wide angle but you may have to increase the wattage of the bulb if you find it isn't light enough all round.

Best bet is to get yourself to store and see what the options are. Beware that the cheapest PIRs may sometimes not last as long as they should...
