Hello,
I've never done any guttering before myself, but was thinking I might be able to tackle the problem I am having with my garden cabin - when the guttering was previously installed either it wasn't done properly or the flex of the cabin caused it to warp... I'm thinking probably just that it was too long a piece , but anyhow where it has buckled outward, water is now being dripped onto the exterior wall of the cabin and leaking through
I'm planning to repaint the outside to provide a better seal, but also need to sort out the issue with the guttering
Can anyone tell me what I will probably need to get in materials wise and any tips or things to look out for?
Its about a 12 foot section of guttering and as you can see the clips are already there as it has been installed and mounted in place, should it just be a case of just removing the old section and dropping the new one on? I know there needs to be a flow - so the water can trickle away and doesnt sit and become stagnant etc.
I was half thinking of getting someone in to do it but as its such a minor job, will probably ending paying way more than its worth and I had enough of cowboys!
