Looking for advice please. I am planning to replace my cast iron gutters, and my wooden facias and soffits with upvc stuff from this company
http://www.nu-stock-shop.co.uk/
My house was built in the fifties, and the wooden facias are ok, but there is a small area that is a little softer than the rest where the gutter has leaked. I was wondering if I should replace the wooden facias, or if I can just overboard the wooden facias. The house is semi detached so was wondering how I should seal the joint between the two houses. I am thinking of using the deep guttering, as we get a lot of heavy rain here. Any comments or advice would be appreciated.

You can overboard if the timber is ok.

You should be able to get a cast to plastic adaptor.
