Want to replace these interior sills. What wood I is for it and would I glue and screw?

Is it easy to get the old ones out without damaging them?

why?
Easy to replace, as it looks as if you have UPVC windows and trim has been used to hide a gap.

You could use hardwood/softwood/upvc/MDF as all of these materials are available in window ledge profiles.
If removing, do it carefully and use the old one as a template.
You will have to make good

They need replacing because where they join (on the mitte) they've come apart a bit and there's a gap
