So I ordered a spare oven element for our Electrolux EPDOM Premier Double Oven.

However, the top and bottom screw holes don't line up. The two on the left where the connector clips connect are fine, as is the far right one.

I've been on to Electrolux and the part they say fits doesn't seem to have any screw holes at all top and bottom.

What I want to know is, do I need all five screws or will 3 be ok?

So you are saying that you can secure the plate that the element is attached to & the clip that is 180degrees opposite it, but the existing element has 5 screws with an extra 2 clips than the one in your link.
If that is the case you should be ok but swopping the clips should be easy enough.

That’s correct. The two clips in the picture don’t have a screw hole. The existing one does. I have a part from espares that does have screw holes but they don’t line up. Are those clips moveable then? If so I can nudge them along until they do align
