Replacing polycarbonate conservatory roof

I have just moved house and the conservatory it old, the roofing is polycarbonate sheets (5 in total) How easy is it to replace these? I have seen I can get them cut to size online.

They look like they just slide out, but isnt there a sealant needed? Any help would be great!

The panels clip into the glazing bars, see below:
