Hi,
I am going to change my rad for a myson towel warmer.
What I would like to know is the best way to go about replacing it in readiness for the floor to be tiled.
Do you use a chrome pipe from the feed pipe to the towel warmer or do you use a sleeve over the normal copper pipe?
This is the process I plan to use is this correct in respect to when you tile -
1. Drain system and remove old rad.
2. Mark position of towel warmer on the wall and fix warmer to the wall.
3. Cut old rad pipes and re route to new warmer.
4. Tile floor cuting hole in tile so it will fit over feed/return pipes and then bed in place.
5. Fit chrome pipe surrounds around pipes to hide holes in tiles.
6. Fit towel warmer valves and refill system
Thanks in advance
