Request for information (RFI) Help!

Can any one help me out as i am looking for an RFI sample to help with some course work. I have looked all over the net but am unable to locate a sample.

eg: a request from information from a structural engineer or designer asking what design of partition walls are needed, size sound proofing ect.

Or something on a similar topic.
