My setup at home...
Vanee Heat Exchangers (fresh air inbound preheated by exhaust air) then to:
Hot water Coils (Actual heat supply) - Sheet metal box with snake of copper pipes inside where air passes through then to air cavity in floor.
2 way 4 wire Zone Valve normally closed (without 24 volts applied) will supply hot water to the coils as well micro switch inside will activate the small inline pump.
The main floor has both a White Rogers Thermostat 1F81-261 and a Vanee Humidifier control.
When I call for heat the valve will open and supply the hot water as well activate the relay for the 120 volt pump.
White Rogers control is set to AUTO
What I noticed was when the temp reaches it's goal the Vanee Exchanger stops blowing
Problem:
but the hot water valve (and water pump) does not sync and turn off as well.
Question:
Is there something in the White Rogers that I don't not understand for settings?
Settings are:
SL
EMR - Off
Compressor Lockout - Off
2nd Stage - OFF
Proven that its not a faulty zone valve and just wanted to eliminate White Rogers before checking on wiring.
Thanks
