I have a dishwasher of the above make and model. It works great but the other day my wife opened it mid programme without pausing it, and this appears to have upset it.
Since then it has stopped working properly, only semi-cleaning and stopping after about half and hour with an E3 - "appliance cannot heat the water" error code. This said the heater is definately working and there appears to be excess water left in the machine when it stops.
I would like to check the base tray for water and also reset the machine.
I would be grateful for any advice on accessing the base tray (the metal cover does not want to pull forward and I do not want to force it) and resetting the machine.
