This is a bit of an odd one - but would appreciate any assistance.
We had cctv installed a few years ago, however we were not given the admin password to the QVIS DVR.
We’ve recently found out that the installer still has access to our cctv system and regularly checks our cameras without our knowledge. He is refusing to give us the admin password.
I’ve managed to change the dyndns details but he is still able to connect to our CCTV as connectivity is via the serial number of the DVR.
I spoke with QVIS and they said i need to find a registered QVIS installer - which i'm struggling to find.
Any advise/guidance would be greatly appreciated - i know this is an odd request.
(on a side note - i've been advised by 3 installers to report the original installer to the police as what he's doing is illegal.......)

There is no 'fogotten password' link either.
